Throughout this program, recognizing the significance of pausing to recharge and reconnect, you will embark on a journey through six Yoga Nidra sessions ranging from 12 to 35 minutes. 

Each session is designed to soothe your nerves, calm your mind, and rejuvenate your body, offering you a sanctuary of serenity amidst the chaos of daily life.

Shorter practices provide quick recharges for clarity and ease, while longer sessions offer time to unwind, nourish, and support rejuvenation.

After completing the 6 days, feel free to select the practice that best suits your needs on any given day. Once purchased, you have access to this program as long as it exists on this platform.

Day 6: Soothe your Nerves & Sleep Sound
For insomnia and aiding sleep. Find deep rest & restoration as you rest in awareness. Includes gentle background sounds.
