What is 'Alchemy of the Elements'?
This self-paced program provides a video & audio collection with individual asana, pranayama and yoga nidras, structured around an embodied exploration of the 5 Koshas inspired by the elements of nature - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space.
This will help you gain a deep and embodied understanding of Yoga philosophy around the Elements & Koshas as outlined in the Upanishads. You will be invited to discover the elements within your own being and to connect to body, breath, energy, emotions, thoughts, intuition and soul.
Practices are 20-30 minutes in duration, so you can easily fit this program into your daily routine.
Asana practices range from Vinyasa, Swara Cycles, Yin Yoga, inner-directed movement, and Restorative Yoga accompanied by the Radiance Sutras.
Included are 5 different Pranayama breathwork sequences.
The Yoga Nidra audio recordings support our capacity for inner stability and mindfulness. Each practice will soothe and calm your nervous system while taking you into a different aspect of your inner world for deep transformation.
